16 Week Training Program - Half Marathon Training
16 Week Training Program for runners who are ready to take their running to the next level. Program participants should already be actively running and have a base mileage of at least 4 miles. This program focuses on endurance. Program participants will receive a discount on B2B apparel, free clinics on nutrition on and off the pavement, fueling for race day, and other run tips. Training includes a run training plan and run nutrition. Payment can be divided across the four month training period.
