12 Week Program - 8K / 10K Training


12 Week Training Program for runners who have completed a 5k race and are able to run 3 miles.  Runners will see improvement in their 5k pace as they increase their mileage and add more run techniques. Program participants will receive a discount on B2B apparel, free clinics on nutrition, fueling for race day, and other run tips. Payment can be divided across the three month training period.
