Quarterly Maintenance Training - WE STAY READY!


This group trains year-round to improve their run techniques.  The group trains on a quarterly schedule.  Trainees in this group must already be an active runner, consistently running, and completed a half marathon.  Runners must be able to run 6 miles (base long mileage).  Participants will receive special discounts on apparel, additional clinics, and workouts during the year.
